The location of the apartment was ideal, in a quiet, yet upscale area, just a short walk from the city center. The views from the apartment were breathtaking, particularly the stunning view of the castle. The apartment itself was spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and pillows. Additionally, the kitchen and shower were both well-equipped and of high quality.
One area that could be improved upon is the cleanliness of the apartment, as some reviews mentioned marks on the walls, dirt on the carpets, and a sour smell in the shower room.

Good view of the city, 10-15 minute walk into city centre, spacious kitchen, very good shower. the view of the city from the apartment was stunning, especially during Christmas time. It was great to be able to walk to the city centre within 10-15 minutes, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. the shower was excellent, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience.
Advertised as 2 bathrooms, but only one toilet and one shower room. It was misleading to expect two toilets, especially at a higher price and further away from the city centre.

Felt privileged, no reason to complain.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and spotlessly clean apartment. The view of the castle was stunning, and the beds were very comfortable with big fluffy duvets. The fully equipped kitchen and excellent shower room were a big plus. The owner was quick to respond to any queries, and the location was fantastic with easy access to Waverley Station and nearby sights.
The breakfast selection could be improved.

the apartment was a perfect home away from home, with comfortable rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The view of the castle from the window was stunning, especially during our sunny valentine's day weekend in Edinburgh.

The apartment had large comfortable rooms with beautiful views of the city, including the castle. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the towels provided were of high quality. The location was great, in a quiet and high-end area, within walking distance of the city center.
The apartment was on the sixth floor with lots of stone steps to climb, so it may not be suitable for those who are not fit or have mobility issues. Parking in the area was limited to four hours, so a nearby multi-story parking lot had to be used, which was a bit of a trek and expensive.

Value for money was excellent, with a spacious and clean apartment, beautiful castle view, and comfortable beds. The location was fantastic, in a quiet and upscale area but still within easy walking distance to the main sights. The staff were quick to respond to any queries and provided helpful recommendations.
Breakfast delights could have been improved by offering real milk instead of artificial milk.
